What payment method can I use to make my purchase?

All your purchases can be made by bank card, bank transfer or cash on delivery.

For card payments, the charge will be made online, i.e. in real time, through the financial institution's payment gateway, once it has been verified that the data provided is correct.

Once the purchase is made, you will receive a confirmation email certifying that your order has been paid correctly and which will include a copy of your invoice.


Why might my credit card be declined?

Your card may be declined for one of the following reasons:

  • The card may be expired. Please check that your card is not past its expiration date.
  • The card limit may have been reached. Check with your bank to ensure that the card has not exceeded the amount allowed for making purchases.
  • Some of the information you entered may be incorrect. Please check that you have filled out all the required fields correctly.
  • If you get a DUPLICATE ORDER error when placing an order, you must wait a few minutes before placing it again. This can happen if you have left the purchase inactive for a period of time or if you have gone back while placing the order. In these cases, the system blocks the computer's IP to avoid duplicate payments. You can also try placing a new order from a PC, tablet or mobile phone that does not use the same IP.
